Abstract/paper submission

Those interested in presenting a paper at the conference are invited to submit an abstract in English of 300–400 words by the accepted template and send it via online submission system or e-mail till 14 February 2016. Please note that any abstracts received after this date will be put on a reserve list. The file name should be first author’s surname. Please include names, affiliations and contact details of all authors.

Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the international review board of the conference. Authors will be notified of acceptance by 27 February 2016. Please use the same title for the abstract and the paper. The conference papers of a minimum 2,000 words (5 pages) including references should be sent no later than by 1 May 2016.

Full abstracts/papers will only be accepted for review on the condition that they have not been copyrighted or previously published, they are not being considered for publication, and they are not in press elsewhere.

  • Full abstracts/papers received by the deadline will be reviewed and selected by the international review board on a rolling basis, with the notification of acceptance or rejection being issued till 27 February 2016, respectively 14 May 2016.
  • If your abstract/paper is multi-authored, the submitting author will serve as the correspondence author, who has the responsibility to forward all correspondences to his/her co-authors.

Publication opportunities

The authors of the selected full papers of the Conference will be invited to publish their papers in the journal Tehnicki vjesnik-Technical gazette, ISSN 1330-3651 (Print), ISSN 1848-6339 (Online), listed in JCR database, in the Journal of Applied Engineering Science, ISSN 1451-4117 (Print), ISSN 1821-3197 (Online), in the journal FME Transactions, Print ISSN 1451-2092, both listed in Scopus database, or in the journal Logistics & sustainable transport, Online ISSN 2232-4968, listed in TRIS database.

Full abstracts accepted for the ICLST will be published in the Book of Abstract.

Presentation

Deadline for presentations is 27 May 2016. Paper presentations at the conference should be no more than 15 minutes in length including 5 minutes for questions or a short discussion.
